Fabritec 5937 SNAP is a unique blend of liquid natural starch and a specific synthetic sizing. When used at the recommended dosages within the TITANIUM Shirt Laundry System, SNAP will give a smooth, full bodied feel with no build up.
SNAP is designed to work effectively on all cotton or polyester blend fabric. It can be added directly to the wheel, either manually or via a peristaltic pump, or can be easily flushed through a supply hopper. Fabritec SNAP outperforms competitive starches even in lower temperatures, but provides optimum quality at 90º to 100º F.
A special mildewcide has been added to eliminate bacterial growth during storage.
Fabritec SNAP usage rate for shirts:
Medium Body: 6-8 oz. per 50 lbs.
Time: 8 minutes
Wash Level: Low
For optimum results, Fabritec’s 5932 SAFE SOUR (powder) or 5933 CITRA BUFF (liquid) should be used to achieve a fabric pH of 6.5 – 7.0
