Sanitone 8900 Sonata

Sanitone 8900 SONATA Detergent for perchloroethylene solvent represents the most advanced technology in the cationic no-charge chemistry introduced to the drycleaning industry by Sanitone over forty years ago. The ease of use and the soft, pleasing fabric hand, characteristic of earlier Sanitone products, has been enhanced. Additionally, through extensive research, formulation, and testing, the Sanitone technical staff has accomplished the following benefits to using Sanitone Sonata:

1. A synergistic blend of oleo chemical surfactants has been found to improve both soil removal and anti-redeposition (soil suspending) properties. The result is even better soil removal and whiter whites. Superior results are obtained in all types of drycleaning procedures and filtration systems employing Sanitone SONATA, especially in spin-disc filter applications where superior soil suspending properties of the detergent are essential to retard redeposition
2. An improved anti-stat has been incorporated in the product that further reduces static electricity and linting. When combined with effective machine grounding and proper classification, static electricity can be virtually eliminated, even in today’s high distillation systems.
3. Sanitone SONATA contains a fresh mountain spring fragrance
4. Sanitone SONATA also contains a proprietary odor neutralizing additive to control malodors generated during the drycleaning process.
5. An optical brightener has been incorporated in Sanitone SONATA that is effective at very low concentrations, imparting a significant characteristic appearance to processed garments. The result of this breakthrough is a clarity and brightness to whites and pastels that is easily noticeable to the customer.
6. Water soluble soil removal is excellent with Sanitone Sonata since it contains moisture. Because of the limited quantity of moisture and the chemistry involved, the detergent may be used safely on any garment classification and in any climate. The moisture content of the working solvent in a typical Sanitone system will be less than in a plant using a conventional charge detergent and employing spray spotting. General prespotting is not necessary with Sanitone SONATA except in the case of excessive or specific stains such as tar, ink, or blood.
7. Sanitone SONATA is an ecologically friendly and safe product. It is a water based detergent, and is biodegradable. Sanitone SONATA does not contain any flammable solvents and therefore has no flashpoint.

Sanitone SONATA is added directly to each load based at a rate of 2 oz. for each 10 lbs. of garments being cleaned by means of an automatic injector.
