Drycleaning:
STYLE SET SIZING can be used in drycleaning as either a charge system or via automatic injection.
Charging the Working Solvent: Charge the entire filter-washer system with 1 oz. Sanitone 8850 for every gallon of working solvent in the system. For each gallon of new or distilled solvent added to the system, add 1 oz. 8850.
Make sure the 8850 is in solution before circulating through the filter. The best method is to pump solvent into the wheel and add the proper amount of sizing through the door. Operate the wheel for I minute to agitate and then drop to base tank and circulate solvent through the filter for 5 minutes to distribute the sizing throughout the solvent system.
Automatic Injection: Sanitone 8850 is injected into the final bath at a rate of 1-2 oz. per 10 lb. of garments depending on the desired results.
